I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from my driver named Will. He was truly my knight in shining armor (tow truck armor). Will was very polite, professional, and he put me at ease. Having a handsome driver is a bonus too! If I'm ever in need of roadside assistance again, Will is my preferred driver to see again.
My truck got stuck on Herricks rd, which is a busy road, I called for a tow and they showed up when they said they would. Frank the driver was amazing, he was friendly kind and personable! He took such great care of my truck when loading it on to tow. He went above and beyond and was so kind to make sure I was comfortable. What an amazing asset to your company!
Showed up less than an hour from calling. I needed a jump start on a motorhome w a diesel engine. They sent a truck that had a gas powered battery charger/ jump start unit. Tech was professional.

Had my motorcycle towed through Geico last night with your company Ralph did a awesome job and secured it like it was his own bike on back of the truck Thank you for the excellent service on a late Saturday night.
Answered call for a tow late in the evening telling me they would be there within 20 minutes, showed up in under 15 minutes. Driver was very professional, and cost was exactly as quoted. I wish I would have called them several hours earlier instead of waiting for AAA that never showed up.
The driver was very nice, got me where i needed to be and gave me an interesting conversation along the way. 5 stars

Perhaps the best towing experience I’ve ever had. Extremely professional and refreshingly honest. I called Geico for a tow and they called Hendrickson’s. While waiting for the truck the dispatch called to let me know that the driver had an emergency call from the police that they had to respond to first. The dispatcher was honest and apologized. She even offered to call Geico to cancel on my behalf. I said I would call. While I was on the phone the dispatcher called me back. She had another driver could get to me in 30 minutes. When he arrived he was extremely professional, neat and polite! Great job all around!
